Terms of Use
Innworthy is an editorial guide: we research hotels, write about the ones we rate, and link you to Booking.com to make the reservation. These terms explain what you can expect from us — and the few things we ask in return.
1. Who we are, what this is
innworthy.com (“the Site”) is operated by Innworthy (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, the honest advice is not to use the Site.
2. We are a guide, not a travel agent
Innworthy does not sell rooms, take payments, or hold your reservation. Every booking is made directly with Booking.com (or the provider we link to), under their terms and at the prices they display. We are not a party to the contract between you and the booking platform or the hotel, and we cannot amend, cancel or refund reservations.
3. Affiliate disclosure
We are reader-supported. When you book through links on the Site we may earn a commission from Booking.com at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which hotels we list or what we write about them: hotels cannot pay to be included, and they cannot pay to be described kindly.
4. Editorial content — accuracy and limits
We work hard to keep facts current: opening dates, room counts, ratings and review counts are sourced from the hotels and from Booking.com, and each page carries the date it was last updated. Hotels, however, change without telling us — renovations happen, restaurants close, spas shorten their hours. Content on the Site is provided “as is”, for general information, and does not constitute professional travel advice. Always verify the details that matter to you at the time of booking.
Guest ratings shown on the Site (for example “9.2 Exceptional · 214 reviews”) are Booking.com guest-review scores at the time of our last update, not our own scoring.
5. Intellectual property
The editorial text, design, logo and structure of the Site are owned by Innworthy and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not republish whole pages, scrape the Site to build a competing database, or use our content to train commercial content farms. Hotel photography remains the property of the respective hotels and photographers and is credited on each page.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the Site's security.
- Do not use automated tools to harvest content at scale, except ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant crawling that respects our robots.txt.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Innworthy.
7. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites — booking platforms, hotels, maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the Site.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innworthy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, including decisions made in reliance on editorial content or issues with reservations made on third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. The Shortlist newsletter
Subscribing is free; every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We describe how we handle your address in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change, suspend or retire parts of the Site at any time. When these terms change, we update the date at the top; continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
